TechCrunch Disrupt is a 3-day conference focused on breaking technology news and developments with big-name thought leaders who are making waves in the industry. Our CEO, Ali Farhadi, will be joining leading AI experts for a panel discussion on October 30th at the conference in San Francisco, focused on open source AI.

At the Cerebral ValleySummit, an “exclusive meeting of the top founders and investors in AI,” Ali joined openness advocates Jonathan Frankle of Databricks and Laurens van der Maaten of Meta for a panel discussion hosted by Madrona Ventures’ Jon Turow.

The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), and the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) convened an event to recognize he first round of the National AI Research Resource (NAIRR) Pilot awards, and the release of the PCAST report, “Supercharging Research: Harnessing Artificial Intelligence to Meet Global Challenges.” Ai2 leaders attended to support and speak to our participation in the national resource package (featuring OLMo and Dolma).
